The Spectre is a full strength Habano cigar made in the Dominican Republic blended with a Habano 2000 wrapper, Habano Vuelta Abajo binder, and fillers of Dominican grown Cuban Seed, Dominican, and Nicaraguan tobacco harvested in Cuba. This 5 X 52 Robusto sports a solid triple cap perfect for the Colibri Deep V Cut.

The cold draw is hay with a nice aromatic barnyard. Beautiful medium brown Habano wrapper, great construction and nice texture. Great draw resistance and even light up. Billowing smoke output throughout this cigar.

Getting into the flavor notes, the first third offers notes of earth, hay, baking spices, with red pepper lingering lightly on the tongue, and white pepper on the lips.

The second third has notes of baking spices, earth, lightly charred wood, with red pepper lingering on the tongue.

The #finalthird continues with notes of baking spices, earth, charred cedar, and red pepper on the tongue and through the retrohale.

Similar notes throughout, however a great combination of flavor and strength. Solid ash fell off in thirds.

I really enjoyed this new blend from Blowing Smoke Cigar Company! The complexity of the blend in the Spectre is unique, flavors blend well, and smoking characteristics were very nice! In the end, I gave the Spectre a Final Third Cigar rating of 91. A great cigar and awesome addition to the Blowing Smoke Cigar Company line.
