Blowing Smoke Cigar Company - Habano Mild Cigar Review:
This Dominican cigar is a mild to medium strength stick consisting of a Habano 2000 wrapper, Broadleaf DR binder and T-13 DR fillers. Looks like a nice solid double cap, and I smoked the 6 X 54 Toro.
The Habano Mild has a nice medium to light colored brown Habano wrapper and the construction is nice. Started with a good burn line and lots of smoke output! Great draw from the very beginning!
The first third flavors were a deep leather, earthy and toasted almond with lingering black pepper spice. Nice overall start to pique my interest!
Second third has more leather and earth, light pepper spice with just a hint of the almond I had picked up in the first third.
#finalthird stays true to the flavor profile with dark leather, earth, almond and lingering pepper on the palette.
I gave this cigar a Final Third Cigar rating of 83. A good cigar from a new brand that is coming on the scene! I like a little more full strength, so I am looking forward to the Habano Full and Maduro Full next on the docket!
This was a mild to medium cigar with some nice Dominican tobacco flavors coming through. I paired this with some hot tea, but the flavors would also be nice with coffee or bourbon!
